ROBBIE FLUID ENGINEERING LTD WINS TWO WEST LOTHIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AWARDS

The chamber Business Excellence Awards are host to some of the most enterprising and successful businesses in West Lothian, recognising achievement and commitment to enterprise.  The award ceremony was held at the prestigious Macdonald Houstoun House Hotel on 29th November.​Nora Senior, Chair of Scottish Chambers of Commerce was Guest Speaker and Liz Clark guided the event complete with a Charity Prize Draw.

Mark and David Robbie and Janet Heron attended the black tie dinner awards ceremony at Houstoun House Hotel in December to recieve awards at the annual Chamber of Commerce Awards Dinner. RFE won awards in two categories. The first was in the Innovation and High Growth category. Robbie Fluid Engineering Ltd have helped several companies and organisations to improve their profitability significantly through plant efficiency and optimisation. To win the award a number of case studies were presented. Additionally, RFE have grown consistently throughout the recession, largely through innovation.

The second award was as joint runner-up in the Best Business category. Having submitted business and legal references,as well as looking at financial performance records the Chamber were able to compare business performances across several categories and awarded Robbie Fluid Engineering Ltd joint second place for the main category. Congratulations to Sibbald Training, who won first prize and Food Options with who we shared our joint runner-up place.
